Bowsy is a Dun Laoghaire based start-up that connects final year and post-graduate Irish university students with businesses all over Ireland through remote, study-related, project work. The company is currently a finalist in the Irish Times Innovation Awards for 2021 and was also named as ''Tech Start-up 2020'' at the Irish National Startup Awards.
Third level students have already been working through the Bowsy platform for the past 2 years (working on business plans, social media management, website design, logo creation, translation services etc.) and Bowsy can support a huge range of tasks and project work for Irish businesses.
Our mission is to create equality of opportunity for all third level students and we work with students from nearly every third level institute in Ireland as well as key student communities (DARE, HEAR, LGBTQ and the Irish Refugee Council). The idea is that student's get valuable paid work experience that will help them in their career and businesses will get access to a skilled untapped talent pool at a very affordable cost.
Companies can register on our platform, Bowsy.com, and simply post a task or project to start working with skilled Irish students from all over the country.
