Dearbhalla Baviera is a Leadership Coach, Speaker, Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer with over 25 years of multinational, semi-state, big four management consultancy and leadership coaching experience. As a Management Consultant (1998-2012) Dearbhalla’s areas of expertise were in Strategy & Operations, Programme Management, Human Capital, Change Management, Communications and Training.
More recently, Dearbhalla focuses on Conscious Leadership Coaching – supporting leaders, business owners, and any one in career transition to stop, reflect and re-focus. Dearbhalla brings a wide range of sectoral, functional and international experience to the table having worked in Ireland, the UK, the US, Europe and Middle East.
