Jennifer Carroll MacNeill is a Fine Gael TD for the Dún Laoghaire Constituency, elected in February 2020. She is the Vice Chair of the Fine Gael Parliamentary Party and Spokesperson for Equality.

Jennifer is also Vice Chair of the Justice Committee as well as being a member of the Public Accounts Committee, the Gender Equality Committee, the Implementation of the Good Friday Agreement Committee and the newly established Committee on Autism.

Since being elected as a TD, Jennifer has continued to work for the people of Dún Laoghaire at a national level, drawing on a decade of experience working in Government on policy and legislation. Previously, Jennifer was a Councillor for the Killiney-Shankill constituency.
